PTO, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Days, 401k, Benefits Package, Free Food

Cons

Work/Life Balance Non-existant, Mandatory OT ( 50 hours a week ), Favoritism with upper management, No advancement opportunities after Store Manager, Expect to work 12+ hours a day with no help.

None, honestly. Some of the Area Coaches don't do a great job, but that's it.
