Pros

It used to be amazing but went downhill.

Cons

They don't pay management what is deserved. Working 6 days a week 50-60 hours but get denied a raise then fired before finishing out the last two days of their two week notice. Lost vacation time. Treated like an animal by upper management. Emotionally damaging. Slave labor. Not seen as a person through the eyes of an employer.
