Pros

Benefits are amazing, pay is comparable to other companies agm wages.

Cons

Minimum 50 hour week for agm and rgm, like any self-respecting agm or rgm puts in less than 55/60.

Pros

Easy to find a job

Cons

Illegal and shady business tactics, inhospitable and unhygienic work environment, questionable management practices, racist statements made by management, no opportunity for advancement, literally serving beef with vomit inside to customers

Pros

You're life can be amazing if you run your store your way and follow the process and standards and everyone is on the same page. I've been with the company 4 years now and have been at 12 different stores as a GM.

Cons

Wanting to advance in your career is a favorites game. Now that I want to advance mine after fixing multiple stores I'm being held back because of training.
