Free food, easy advancement, can be a "family" environment,

Cons

Shady management, they don't really, truly invest in you as a person, and they will see you as just a body, high turnover rate, people ALWAYS call in sick

Pros

You can enter the job market at any level of experience and grow and become whatever you set your mind to do. The management team are always looking to train and promote anyone with the desire to learn.

Cons

I wish the benefit package included Shift Leaders. A medical, Dental plan with a 401k would help in the slow economy. I would love to see a bonus package for shift leaders that ,are good at there jobs, increase profits in the restaurant.
