Pros

They have nice incentives and benefits. It's pretty easy to move up if your qualified and are ready to put in hard work.

Cons

You have to be prepared for a lot of responsibility. Sometimes you feel more like a babysitter, even though your working with adults.

Pros

Flexible, constant, focused, driven and compassionate. They focused on improving and promoting from within and were driven to succeed mainly by following the facts and not their gut feelings. Great leadership.

Cons

Limited Growth, Lower than average pay for the amount of time expected to work (50 hours per week) in the role.
