      Pros

      ESOP Many locations and decent access to resources. Established company Good people for the most part

      Cons

      SAP is terrible as an order writing software. Functionable, but much slower to use compared to competitors. Border's market share is Utility and Industrial. So, the construction teams end up getting the short end of the stick, making it hard to compete in the Twin Cities market.

      Good company turned bad

      They are an employee owned company with an ESOP

      Cons

      Lower then average pay, terrible management, bonuses and pay raises have diminished, very very heavy on favorites and “the good ol boys club”, if your not part of the club, then working here sucks!
