Great team, Pay is good, Overtime Always

Cons

If you value your personal time and Great work/life balance Set schedule then the Warehouse job isn't the right for you. You have to work 7am until everything is completed 9-12 hour each day. If you are single, want to work over time this is the job for you.

As an employee owned company the retirement options and benefits are well thought out. If able it provides a strong career path.

Cons

If you do not have a degree many of the positions for advancement require ungodly amounts of experience for what amounts to a base sales position. Overtime is guaranteed.
