      Good leadership from manager up to Senior Level. Employee-Owned. Promotes safety and wellness. Opportunities to advance. Co-workers are fun to

      Cons

      Lower pay than I expect. Work/Life balance is not ideal for wanting to move up in the business. Not very keen on working from home.

      Pros

      Overall a good company to work for. Employee owned which is nice. I would recommend overall to someone. My team offers good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than industry standards and there are inconsistencies in how teams are run. My manager is good about flexible scheduling but most are not.
