      Pros

      Flexible hours, competitive pay, ESOP is great and beats out the 401K I've had for longer, empowers employees to make the right decision and room for growth for those that take on the true ownership mentality!

      Cons

      We certainly could use more people to help out with the current workload as difficult as the supply chain has been these past several years. We've been looking to hire someone qualified but there simply aren't very many leaving more of a workload to handle than is desired. I average 10

      Overweight with middle, and upper management. No regard for the teams that make (made) this company great. I understand from reliable sources that BSE has become very "woke".
