Pros

Work schedule, vacation time, ESOP

Cons

If you're used to over working while your other coworkers slack off and do nothing, then this is the place for you! Management acts like they care about employees when in fact all they care about is having employees who don't question their lack of accountability towards others. Mistakes are often made and responsibilities end up being taken up by other workers because the "leads" choose to do nothing. Favoritism at its finest and if you've served your time over a year or so, you can bet you will keep your job even though you pawn off your work to others. Try speaking to management about it and response will be lack of teamwork by you and others- no accountability. Promises are made to others about advancing in the company and it never happens.

Pros

Wholesale distribution of construction and electrical supplies and services is a need.

Cons

The employee owner environment and culture lends itself to unprofessional behaviors and leadership practices. Work here for money, so not to make a difference in this world or on the job. The culture of this is how we’ve always done things is glazed with a thin layer of we want to be transformative and competitive. However, it takes a act of god to transform and even then it is done slower than a government agency
