ESOP is a great benefit. Most employees truly care about their work because the success of the company is directly related to how well the ESOP performs. Good insurance, good amount of vacation days, great bonuses.

Cons

No specific sick days. Have to use vacation if sick.

ESOP - Employee Owned. Company was growing fast. Retirement was very good. At any given time there are positions open to check out and see if anything interests you. Opportunity for growth is high if you are willing to hop around the country.

Cons

Lower pay than Industry average because of ESOP. You can start to feel trapped because of this.
