Pros

Overall a good company to work for. Employee owned which is nice. I would recommend overall to someone. My team offers good work/life balance.

Cons

Pay is lower than industry standards and there are inconsistencies in how teams are run. My manager is good about flexible scheduling but most are not.

Pros

They shove ESOP down your throat like they were the ones that discovered it but staying around long enough for it to be worth it is the tough part.

Cons

The middle management is afraid of making decisions. You wait so long for something to get done because your manager is trying to guess what the Senior Leadership Team is going to say. They say you can grow with the company but only those that are willing to be herded around like sheep actually are promoted. Then once they are in over their head because they are not trained then the SLT leads them around like circus animals. It is funny to watch from a distance but not as you are living it.
