Good benefits, very clean and makes effort for zero emissions

Cons

Management, going concern, development, work life balance. Very high turnover so be ready to do multiple roles throughout the year with little to no consideration to your mental health or work life balance.

Pros

The reason I joined and why I stay is because my opinion is valued and I can take risks. Also, I love the people I work with - they inspire me and I have people around me that I can trust and I know they have my back.

Cons

To really thrive here, you need to be able to influence others. Our culture is built on collaboration and to bring forth a new idea, you need to get input from others. You still need to have your point of view, but you need to be open to changing based on feedback. That can be tough for some people who are used to working in a company where you don't have to get buy-in from others.
