Pros

Management has vision and strategy that will keep BorgWarner in business for a long time. I thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues. I see a very high level of competence and teams work well together.

Cons

I don't have any major cons. There are always opportunities for improvement, but, for me, just minor things. Workload is high, but I would rather have too much to do than not enough.
