Management was rude to factory employees, We couldn't sit while working, A supervisor told me I had to use both hands to complete a task because God gave us two hands, None of the supervisors spoke English, even though only 3 people on the whole floor spoke fluent German, Nobody told me exactly where I would work, which resulted in a hectic first day

Manufacturing is relied on for everything. Maintenance, techs and line workers disappear when a line goes down and it is up to the engineer to get it back running. Management refuses to change the culture. Work long hours including weekends and holidays. High rate of turnover voluntary and involuntary.
