      Pros

      Nice location, asheville is a great place to live, it is not as crowded but has everything you need and great if you have a good job. I think the best part is the blue ridge mountains

      Cons

      politics, high turnover, the housing in the area are very high so it is hard to afford a place unless you are an engineer

      Pros

      The job paid pretty well and was not too hard. The company is full of nice people who will help you learn. It a growing industry that has many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The HR department at the seneca plant needs a lot of help and the company need to do a better job preparing for the new co-ops. I went 4 months sharing a desk and computer since they didn't prepare for me well. A lot of the tasked asked of the co-ops are repetitive tasks like data entry and laminating and cutting paper.
