      You don't have to have any skills or training to get a job.

      Cons

      This Seneca management is not hired because of there knowledge, but who they know (the good old boy system). Very poor choice in placing people in management. The operators are not respected or acknowledged for their knowledge or skills. People are held back, and don't have opportunities to move up in the company.
