      Good reputation in the community. Good pay for the region.

      Cons

      Management is too production focused -- safety and quality are lost. The leadership team has been poorly selected and is unfit to manage a facility of this size and likely a facility of any size.

      It's a great organization for engineers. It's not too large to get lost in a crowd or too small to have little opportunity.

      BorgWarner is large and there is a lot of opportunity to work in different areas, but not as many as some of the massive corporations in the country.
