Pros

Good salary, decent bonus, and vacation allotment. Floor employees are hard working and knowledgeable.

Cons

I feel that this company is biased and does not prefer women in management, specifically in supervision. I was warned of this when I first became a Borg Warner employee. I feel that Borg Warner prefers a fear based style of leadership rather than promoting employee engagement. I treated my employees as valuable assets that they were and my employees consistently outperformed the other employees on the other shifts. Pros

Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Its obvious that the company is not happy that this facility is the only remaining union plant. There is some VERY bad supervisors and HR doesn't seem to care. A lot of favoritism and game playing. I actually took a pay cut to get away from a particular supervisor. Not enough rotation between jobs in the ETC facility.
