      Given complete access to the plant to let me learn and even ask questions to workers on the shop floor. I learnt a lot.

      Pros

      borg warner is a wonderful place to work, very clean plant as well as a big part of becoming a zero landfill facility. they strive to keep there employees happy and well taken care of.

      Cons

      the only con is none of my family lives here and just have to seek work else where, honestly I would leave if I did not want to be around my family.

      I don't have much to say that's positive.

      I have worked at BorgWarner for 5 years. I have been an exceedingly hard worker. Because of the management and the relationships they have with some of their workers the ones that work hard get a held to a different level of expectations. The harder you work the more they expect. It is a job that requires repetitive motion, then the penalize you when you get hurt. All in all I feel like I wasted 5 years of my life and all I got is serious injuries.
