Pros

Aside from a few exceptionally skilled engineers, there are very few positives to highlight about this organisation.

Cons

1. There is a consistent lack of respect toward employees, particularly from the HR department and higher management. 2. It stands out as one of the most disloyal organisations a person can come across. 3. While it preaches ethics and respect in the workplace, these values are rarely practiced internally. 4. The organisation is plagued by chaos and poor communication between teams. 5. Employee interests are neither encouraged nor supported. 6. In simple terms, HR and senior leadership show little to no regard for employee well-being. I would strongly advise against joining or taking this organisation seriously.

Pros

Good over all benefits, on-site gym

Cons

Bad management, not very concerned about moral. Rather make their numbers than worry about actual quality parts. High turn over with temp workers with no real incentive to stay and/or do good work. Under qualified and/or under trained operators running sophisticated machinery. Would rather shuffle managers/supervisors around that are failing than get rid of them.
