Pros

High starting salary and good health benefits. Easy to be on management's good side if you just are a 'yes-man' and to not think for yourself. Great place for a non ambitious person to spend their career.

Cons

Hostile environment fueled by management and HR, bullying and harassment promoted. Growth is limited to the position you were hired into. Any attempt to grow will be meet by intimated supervision excited to "knock you back down". Recent benefits have changed stripping anyone seeking grad school reimbursement as a benefit, unless management likes you. 3 Northwestern grad students left within one month because of all these issues.
