      Great atmosphere

      Pros

      Lots of intern, make it fun. Cool projects. Great HR. Great area.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher for housing. Cafeteria would have been nice. A more defined project.

      Pros

      Bosch has great benefits and competitive pay. The retirement account contribution is the best I have heard of. Large company with global presence and global opportunities.

      Cons

      There is German centric way of doing things and not being a German native does seem to limit career growth possibilities. Looking around the building a large percentage of management is German and the percentage only gets higher as you look up the ladder.
