      Highly ethical, value based organization, that is reflected in management and culture. International mobility possible. Great work-life balance

      Cons

      Hierarchical, slow, most decisions made in Germany. Career development is very slow. If you want to grow, don't come here. If you are looking for a place to settle down, welcome home!

      Pros

      The financial stability and overall size of the company are tremendous "pros" in the current corporate environment. Bosch is always looking for intelligent and pragmatic growth, as well.

      Cons

      Some of the softer touches popular in the market are severely lacking or entirely absent. For the world's largest auto supplier, there are minimal discounts and external benefits to take advantage of.
