      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities to move within the company; the 401(k) and 401(a) benefits are outstanding. So far, not very stressful. Also, the people here are generally very friendly. A very diverse workforce.

      Cons

      Things move slow sometimes. I don't always stay as busy as I want, nor do I always feel challenged. Then again, I'm a relatively new employee. As I move up, perhaps this will change. But as a new associate, I don't stay as busy as I thought I'd be.
