      In need of culture shift

      Pros

      Financially stable. Says all the right things. Most managers / executives highly talented. Vast employee training options, but many training modules fall short.

      Cons

      Extreme hierarchical bureaucracy that hinders employee satisfaction and creates a culture of frustrating workarounds for those trying to get things done. For the rest, it creates an easy "not my job" or "not the process" excuse.

      Excellent training opportunities.

      Pros

      Opportunities for lateral and upward advancements. Regular reviews and feedback for your ideas. Supportive management and open communication. Clean and safe work environment.

      Cons

      Excessive overtime for hourly employees. Lack of equitable vacation policy. Based on years worked not hours. Family life is secondary to work for hourly employees.
