      Pros

      Bonuses once a year are probably the only thing you can look forward to and health savings plan that's only good because the health insurance sucks

      Cons

      Large company no real incentives or car for employees that they contract out insurance sucks doesn't cover anything and the deductible is sky high

      Good for conformists

      Encourages ongoing personal development and education. Strict adherence to quality. Value education and training over actual experience and real world knowledge.

      Cons

      If you are not a conformist (politically, socially) life will be difficult. Doesn't value "outside the box" thinking or approaches.
