      Pros

      High diversity, global company, very stable company due to multiple activity domains, unlimited training available ( non profit company), great work-life balance, high tech areas of activity - interesting work, great employees/coworkers, great work atmosphere, HR has a very efficient way of evaluating the managers where direct reports of managers have a say in their evaluation. Employees can choose to work from home around one day per week. great benefits and discounts for bosch tools and appliances.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at this time. I'll add more pros here because I need to list min 20 words here... Much better company than big OEM's because they don't depend 100% on automotive

      Pros

      Bosch is a place full of great people to work with. People have a lot of innovating ideas and the company is advancing and growing quickly.

      Cons

      As a manufacturing facility, time is extremely important with regards to meeting shipments, providing data, reaching goals, and keeping assembly lines running. Every day is different providing different challenges.
