      Pros

      The financial stability and overall size of the company are tremendous "pros" in the current corporate environment. Bosch is always looking for intelligent and pragmatic growth, as well.

      Cons

      Some of the softer touches popular in the market are severely lacking or entirely absent. For the world's largest auto supplier, there are minimal discounts and external benefits to take advantage of.

      Pros

      It's a private company so it's secure. Also focuses a lot on the development of associates and with it being a global organization there are opportunities to work within the US and abroad.

      Cons

      Processes and software are a outdated, although most positions are secure the pay is not as great as other companies.
