Job security is good, good pay and benefits, devoted to R&D, private not-for-profit, self financing so decisions are long term based, excellent corporate values

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, move to centralize departments which leads to no accountability, job security for lazy employees, SAP, innovation and big decisions made in Germany

Pros

Great facility, tools and supplies readily available. The Farmington Hills, MI facility was upgrading to new cubicles that encouraged collaboration. Additionally, the meeting rooms were clean and modern, and there were even desks with treadmills underneath available. Good for a long-term career. Engineers there were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Larger company, can be more intimidating. Generally the company is valued higher than the individual employee, and the company as a whole isn't as flexible as I would have liked. This made finding a job that I liked after the internship difficult.
