Pros

The company as a whole is fairly stable, but business practices company-wide in software departments are leading to less and less focus on quality software achieved through design and more towards iteration which can be both needed and frustrating due to one task taking months to finish.

Cons

Working with low-cost overseas colleagues causes stress and missed deadlines. Lowest level of management understands problems, but as you go up the chain the only thing evaluated is cost. Stress and overtime by local employees to patch production critical products at the last minute isn't a factor in business decisions and you will likely get burned out over time.
