The compensation is fair and typical to other automotive suppliers based on external and internal markets, there are annual reviews and increases, bonus programs for all levels of employees, and performance recognition awards for employee achievements. Benefits are generous and affordable, the company match on the 401K is much higher than other companies, and there is an additional defined contribution retirement plan that the company contributes to for each employee. Holiday and vacation programs are generous and flexible. There is constant training and development opportunities, and a tuition reimbursement program. Bosch is big on corporate social responsibility and gives employees paid time off work to volunteer. Bosch encourages employees to work in cross-functional and cross-divisional jobs in order to have a better overall business acumen and understanding of the global organization, and many employees get to travel internationally or go on assignment. There are a lot of open jobs and this allows internal employees to move around and get different experiences - makes long service interesting. I have learned so much working for this company!
