Frustration based on limited promotions and ultra conservative salary increases. this is a privatly held company

Pros

has a ultra conservative pension program, but does not compare to the origianl pension that they recently discontinued to new employees.. Also, currently upgrading all office space to Steel Case-esk "Googlefied environment".

Cons

Currently doubling donwn on employees to do twice the work with limited options for success. Management and associate have a major disconnect due to the incredable work load.

good reputation and starting point for experience, opportunities are what you make of them, easy hours

Cons

boring work, introductory training was sub-par, office social culture is lacking
