You will be overworked. You think pay is competitive, until you're working 60 to 70 hr weeks. Treatment of employees is horrible.

You get to tell yourself your customers need you more than you need them and surround yourself with like-minded people. Good products, great and knowledgeable hard working dedicated associates

Cons

Belief your customers need you more than you need them Dedication is a liability not see as an asset by management. Management believes all tenured employees are incompetent and new ideas from outside are needed - they aren't working
