Comparable $$ - Family life / work balance in some departments is good, some not - sadly following the rest of the world re: Benefits

Cons

Too many chiefs while the rest continue to be downsized and carry the load but not compensated even if it is only an atta-boy.

Good environment. people are collaborating with each other. very little competition among people. stable work place. benenfits are good too.

Cons

low motivation to work harder than you can. very strict IT infrastructure that you can not do anything with their network.

A good place to work very hard.

Pros

The location, hours, and benefits are very good. They allow everyone advancement opportunities if your are wiling to work very hard. It is a very large manufacturing facility with interaction between all support departments makes the job interesting. You are given a lot of leeway in completing your assignments without a lot of supervision. The company will pay for educational advancement as well. Transfers within sister facilities, even for trial periods is encouraged. Since joining RB, they have invested time and money to improve our facility and performance and seem invested in our future success. They are a very diverse company.

Cons

They expect a great amount of work from each employee, regardless of the hours. Some of the supporting department employees and managers are not competent.
