Pros

Compensation isn't bad. Both salary and benefits

Cons

The CEO is difficult to work with. He's controlling. A real control freak! Employees are unhappy not only because of the unmanageable and stressful workload, but with the leadership style too.

Pros

We have such incredibly creative folks on our team and their proactivity is above. There are opportunities to work in a variety of industries and you can carve your own path when it comes to focusing on areas that interest you most. Love the WFH, fully remote policy -- it is so freeing on so many levels, better for raising kids or caretaking elders, plus it's better for the environment and makes traveling and visiting family so much easier!

Cons

Work-life balance can be elusive as you are on call at all times, but this is typical of agencies. WFH really helps ease the painpoint!

Pros

You will learn a lot about the PR world and integrated marketing. It can be a decent exposure for fresh grads .

Cons

The workload distribution is unfair. I realized this within the first week. The upper management is clearly biased and prefers some employees over others. This creates rifts among employees and a toxic workplace. The clients make things worse. They have insane and often unrealistic expectation. Instead of making them understand the logic, the leadership bows to the pressure and makes fake promises. It leads to more stress for honest and hardworking employees. I quit to avoid being pushed too far by the management and the clients.
