Pros

- Bospar brings together a very talented team, so you’ll have many opportunities to learn and expand your skills. - The company provides plenty of room for career growth, allowing you to develop professionally in ways that align with your own goals. - You have the flexibility to work remotely and often the ability to tailor your hours to fit your schedule.

Cons

The agency environment is fast-paced, and it can feel intense, especially if you’re not accustomed to that level of speed and urgency. Disconnecting from work can be challenging; the demands often spill over into personal time. You’re likely to manage a higher number of accounts than is typical at other agencies.

Fast-paced and chaotic

Pros

The coworkers I had were great and had my back. Too bad management wasn't as friendly

Cons

Bospar has a fast-paced, stressful, and chaotic work environment. Expect long hours, be on call at all times, and heavy workloads. Management doesn't care whether or not you're exhausted and burnt out, and if you can't keep up with their unreasonable demands, they won't hesitate to replace you immediately.

Pros

There's a lot of brain power at this fully remote agency and you can absorb a lot of it in short order if you can keep up with the fast-paced environment. Bospar will give you the foundational building blocks to be a true PR pro and set you up well for your career, but its 'trial by fire' spirit requires an entrepreneurial mindset and desire and willingness to want to do great work.

Cons

While high-performing workers are regularly rewarded and promoted, you can girlboss a bit too close to the sun. Overachievers can end up with more duties as great work tends to beget greater responsibilities.
