Pros

I'm grateful for having supportive co-workers.

Cons

Bospar has many immature and childish leaders. These people in the leadership are expected to be at their best and serve as role models in the company. Yet, they are the ones who show their terrible and immature behavior. They may be good at the technical and managerial aspects, but their awful attitude and behavior are really shameful.

Pros

- It sounds cliche, but the people at Bospar are truly some of the most intelligent and hardworking I've encountered throughout my career. - If you work hard and routinely ask for feedback / show you are taking initiative, promotion is likely and your hard work will be recognized. - Inclusive environment that embraces diversity and is welcoming of people from all walks of life. - High standards when it comes to hiring, which leads to high-performing teams and being surrounded by people you are always learning from. - The work is interesting. Some clients are very technical, however, there's a good mix of more buttoned-up clients and those who are very open to creative freedom and executing based on what we know works best. - Work/life balance is valued. There are of course times of year that are busier than others, but overall we get many holidays and days of recognition that other companies do not. For example, we get Employee Appreciation Day every year and we all get a preventative care day for appointments in addition to our allotted sick days.

Cons

- Clients and prospects are based all over the world, so there are calls at add hours from time to time, however, you often know what you're getting yourself into before you volunteer. - Some clients are very technical and the subject matter can be a learning curve if you aren't already familiar, however, this is something you will encounter at any agency.

Ashamed to say I worked under such a childish CEO with trashy office politics.

Pros

Some coworkers were genuinely supportive and fun to work with.

Cons

The childish behavior of the CEO and certain upper levels was embarrassing and unprofessional. It often felt like decisions were based on petty, trashy politics rather than actual skill or performance. I was ashamed to be associated with a place where drama overshadowed real work, and productivity was hindered by pointless conflicts. Professionalism seemed to take a backseat, which made it hard to feel proud of any accomplishments there.
