Pros
- Collaborative workspace where you can always try new aspects of the job - Works hard to onboard new members of teams, providing support both with manager check-in's frequently but also a mentor if you are looking for support from someone you don't directly report to. - Work from home is the absolute best, with stipends to help set up office and have a gym membership - Leadership seems to really listen, implementing ideas and suggestions from anonymous comment cards regularly.
Cons
- You need to have clear boundaries. This is a typical struggle of working from home (ie having firm "log off" times), but also with workload. You will be given work until you communicate that you have as much as you can do. - Each account has a different style of doing things, can be difficult to know individual expectations when joining accounts with those you haven't worked with before.
