Pros

I began my hunt for a new agency role in late 2024 and talked to a number of agencies along the way. Of all of the companies I talked to, Bospar rose above the fray and provided a friendly, efficient, and very thorough interviewing process -- that was very pleasurable and educational. During the process I got a great idea of what the company dynamic was like and what to expect moving forward. Their organization filtered right into my hire and onboarding process. It's been a fun and fulfilling experience and I look forward to building from here.

Cons

It's a big enough agency that I haven't been able to meet everyone which I tend to be accustomed to. You need to speak up and step up to be noticed beyond your client workload.

Pros

The company worked with big-name clients, and I learned a lot about PR.

Cons

The CEO set unrealistic expectations, expecting employees to be on call at all hours. The workload was excessive, and there was no real work life-balance. Employees were constantly pressured to meet impossible deadlines with little direction or support. The culture was toxic, and burnout was seen as a badge of honor rather than a problem.
