Pros

This agency had some decent clients. It was the only reason I worked for them for as long as I did.

Cons

Some of the clients had the worst attitudes. These awfully aggressive clients wanted everything done as per their rules and often didn't think logically. We had to lie blatantly and appreciate such clients, doing whatever they said. It was ridiculous, and I quit to avoid doing that in the long run.

Pros

For the most part, working remotely is a pro but certain situations can make it terrible.

Cons

The challenge goes to working remotely where a lot of misunderstanding happens. Then comes blaming because management can't accept that responsibility. Poor leadership will be the downfall of this company!

Pros

Working at this agency offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. The team is collaborative, and the work is engaging, making it a great place for those who thrive in a high-energy setting. If you can keep up with the pace, there's a solid work-life balance, with enough flexibility to recharge when needed. It's a great environment for those looking to grow professionally, as you're constantly pushed to think creatively and stay on your toes. Overall, a rewarding place to work for those who enjoy a challenge but value balance too.

Cons

Every client account brings its own unique set of challenges, which can be overwhelming when you're just starting out. The pace can be intense as each account requires a tailored approach, and sometimes the client's needs can take precedence over logic or standard processes (but not often). However, this variety keeps things interesting and provides valuable experience, even though it can be a lot to manage at times. It's definitely a learning curve, but for those who can adapt, it's an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop skills across different industries.
