      These Terrible People Will Keep Assigning Work Until You Are Exhausted and Near Burnout!

      Pros

      Some of the clients were good. Working for them and making them happy seemed like a good choice at times.

      Cons

      The workload is limitless here. So is the work stress. If you don't tell the leadership that you have enough on your plate, they will keep assigning more and more work. Their attitude of piling more work on everyone can be brutal and horribly exhausting. Avoid burnout by taking a stand for yourself and refusing more work when you've reached your limit. Be your savior!

      Pros

      Dynamic agency headed by experienced leadership team. They expect results, but they're reasonable and will listen to counterpoints. All staff are remote, giving you flexibility to work in your own space. Good client roster across tech and other verticals including some exciting AI firms.

      Cons

      Fast pace of the agency might not be for everyone, but every employee is friendly and eager to help manage the workflow if you simply ask for guidance and/or advice.
