Pros

Leadership is extremely supportive and often checks your bandwidth before giving you major tasks. Client work varies so you don’t feel like you are doing the same thing over and over . Amazing perks that help to handle the costs of working in a remote setting.

Cons

The occasional staffing of calls outside of traditional hours. Typically the team has someone in multiple time zones so it’s not a consistent issue.

Pros

Bospar is known for their incredible team. Nearly every person I've worked with has been an elite teammate. I’m constantly impressed by this team’s creativity, dedication, and ability to deliver excellent work under pressure. Bospar's leadership team does an excellent job of rewarding the great work from their team while also providing help to those who need it. They consistently support entry level employees and provide all team members with a runway to really take off in their careers. The actual PR work in the technology and healthcare sectors can be incredibly compelling but coupled with Bospar's expertise, learning these new industries is easy. Working here has been a rewarding experience as the leadership genuinely values your ideas, the team is full of smart, supportive colleagues who make you better, and you’re trusted to take ownership of meaningful, high-impact work.

Cons

Like just about any PR firm - the work never truly sleeps. The fast pace and high expectations can feel intense at times but it’s important to set your own boundaries and communicate openly. Like many growing companies, processes and structure are still evolving, which can be a positive for some but frustrating for others. Ultimately, the work is what you make of it. Some can thrive in the pressure of PR agency life.
