Pros

Friendly staff/BCBAs and the clients were always so much fun to work with.

Cons

No lunch break unless you request it, supervision hours can be non existent at times (sometimes it would take over a month to be supervised by a BCBA), and management was very poor.

Great place to learn about the field. Lots of varied opportunities. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Being the lowest direct service position, of the two possible positions, it does roll down hill. They oddly like to keep the two positions separate in terms of admin and communication. Odd dynamic.
