too much of a high school setting in management (cliques). People who have not worked in hospital settings or have higher professional experience as seen with more regard. Lot of favoritism (molding others to do higher management work), no leadership or mentoring gained. Not the place to work if coming from a bigger institution. Fragmented work place, and each department seems to work in silos.

Overworked, underappreciated!!! You must kiss up to management for any recognition. You can violate multiple hospital policies but as long as you are in good with the boss you will always get a pass.
