      I seriously cannot think of one pro whatsoever

      Cons

      Long hours, employees who basically throw you under the bus, management that doesn't care to hear out your side of a situation at hand and do not care to guide you in the right direction, partners that expect you to be an entertainer and constantly smile, smile, smile.

      Pros

      The culture is second to none and the benefits are amazing. Everything is covered and only costs $5 copay for anything you can imagine.

      Cons

      Certain business team structures has a limited amount of upwards mobility but if you are able to network and have the willingness to learn, you can move far.

      Opportunity to get variety of experiences across industries and training to be more structured and strategic

      Feedback process ad-hoc and broken - many times reviews are not given in time for employees to react to- which is essential given the pace in which up-or-out decisions are made at a consulting firm. Work can sometimes lack substance given the nature of the business which is strategic advice versus running a real business - many times a lot of work and iteration is made for nuances like wording, slide layout etc.
