Pros

Brand is well respected, opportunity to work with great clients

Cons

Long hours, difficult clients, heavy feedback culture that results in highly political review process that disadvantages minorities (lack of sponsors to advocate, etc.), flawed staffing process (managers don't want to/aren't incentivized to staff new consultants)

Amazing Company

Pros

Smart people, incredible benefits (fitness reimbursement, $5 copays for health care, long maternity/paternity leaves, and excellent flex-time work options), and a healthy work environment.

Cons

In Global Services (non-consulting roles), growth and development can be slow and career paths can be unclear. Work-life balance is great, but salaries might be lower than at other companies.
