      Good career opportunities, lots of day to day perks (company lunches, retreats, fancy holiday parties), the people here are awesome and so generous with their time and energy.

      Cons

      Unless you are a consultant, you are definitely underpaid for the amount of work that you do.

      Almost hostile to older people, mobbing happened from inexperienced young people due to lack of respect and leadership very few minorities in leadership role, how many partner are African American or women? all are similar, little diversity
