      Pros

      Company benefits and pay are great. They give out good bonuses and if it’s a client facing role, you get good work life balance (occasionally extremely hectic) and consulting perks. Lot of supportive colleagues to help and mentors who genuinely care for you. The company really lives up to its reputation and brand.

      You are given less direction in the beginning and experience varies based on nature of the case you’re working on

      Great benefits and insurance (mental health services, low co-pay, etc) Lots of social events, happy hours, etc.) Fun office environment (decor, free food, etc)

      Cons

      Low pay for administrative assistants Heavy workload for admins (there's a high demand/need for admins so you support a lot of people) Sometimes the staff you support (particularly MDPs) don't show their appreciation/can come across as short in their communication
