Pros

Benefits are FREE for entire family

Cons

Workload. Office Managers. Culture. They care more about their image than their employees OR Customers. The job of the MDP's is to bring in more business no matter what.

Pros

There is none for me

Cons

I trained for 3 days. I was sent a check by email that I could not deposit. Then I was asked to go to Walgreens and purchase a 300$ ebay gift card for the software! I have tried to reach out to BCG but not response!

Strong culture - over focus on consulting talent

Pros

Great culture - very active in engaging with employees at all levels, across the globe. You may work with some of the most intelligent people who also enjoy being fun and have bring a sense of meaning to consulting

Cons

If you aren't a client-facing resource or consultant, there's limited mentorship or engagement with leaders beyond what's transactional. Internal resources can be treated like second class citizens and consultants can engage with internal resources rudely with no consequence. When cases aren't going well or pressure is on, internal resources can be treated as a punching bag.
